Jeremy Renner's Life-Threatening Incident and Support from Avengers Co-Stars




Jeremy Renner is widely recognized for his portrayal of Hawkeye/Clint Barton in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Unfortunately, he recently faced a life-threatening incident while in the Reno area of Nevada. In the wake of this tragedy, many of his co-stars came forward to offer their prayers and wishes for a speedy recovery, which is a testament to the close bond Renner shares with his Avengers co-stars.

The friendship between the cast of the Avengers was not limited to the screen, as they have always been there for each other during difficult times. In Renner's critical condition, one particular Avenger friend stood beside him. His other Avengers co-stars were also concerned about his health and sent messages of support.




During his Christmas Eve celebration in Nevada, Renner's happiness turned into disaster when he was crushed by a snowplow machine. As he exited the vehicle, he saw that it was heading toward his nephew. In an attempt to save the child from being crushed, Renner tried to stop the machine but was run over by it.

Reports indicate that he broke more than 30 bones and suffered injuries and chest trauma. It was not easy for the Kill the Messenger actor to come out of the traumatic incident, but Anthony Mackie, an Avenger co-star, was there to support him during this horrific time. Mackie, who is also the new Captain America, stayed by Renner's bedside in the hospital.

Renner's other Marvel friends, such as Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, Cobie Smulders, Paul Bettany, Taika Waititi, Tony Dalton, The Russo Brothers, and many more, also reached out to him during these difficult times.

Recently, after 87 days of his tragic snow plowing incident, Renner sat down with an ABC News reporter. During the interview, he took full responsibility for getting crushed by the machine. He acknowledged that he should have been more careful and not exited the vehicle. He felt that his mistake led to the incident.

Renner explained, "I just happened to be the dummy standing on the dang track a little bit, seeing if my nephew was there. You shouldn't be outside the vehicle when you're operating it, you know what I mean? It's like driving a car with one foot out of the car. But it is what it was. And it's my mistake, and I paid for it."

Anthony Mackie and Jeremy Renner worked together not only in Marvel movies but also in a film named Hurt Locker. The two stars will reunite once again in Renner's new series, Rennervations, which is exciting news for their fans.
